Who we are

This website is operated by Hilltop Solar Group (“Hilltop”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect through the site and how we use it.

What we collect

This site has no accounts and no forms of its own. When you book an intro call, you are taken to a booking page hosted by a third-party scheduling provider (Cal.com). That page asks for:

• the type of organization you represent;
• your company name and website;
• what you want help with and your timeline;
• your name, email address and any notes you choose to add when you book.

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.

How we use it

We use booking information to decide whether a call is a good fit, to prepare for the call, and to follow up with you about it. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

The scheduling provider and our hosting provider process information on our behalf under their own privacy policies. Links to other sites, such as LinkedIn, are governed by those sites’ policies.

Retention

We keep booking information for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by writing to Info@hilltopsolargroup.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
